CONTRACTING PARTIES
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between the customer and Lera Ginsburg, located at Bramfelder Str. 102 A, 22305 Hamburg, in accordance with the Small Business Regulation. As a small business in accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no value-added tax is indicated.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the sale of new goods in the field of jewelry design through the online shop leraginsburg.de. The specific details of the offer can be found in the product description on the respective product page.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic business transactions via the shop system. The displayed offers represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through a customer order, which the provider can then accept. The ordering process includes selecting the offer, adding it to the shopping cart, entering billing and shipping addresses, choosing the payment method, reviewing the order, and clicking the 'order with obligation to pay' button. The contract is concluded with the sending of the order confirmation.

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, RETURN COSTS
All prices are final prices and do not include value-added tax in accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG. Additional costs, depending on the shipping method, will be indicated before the order is shipped. The customer bears the reasonable return costs in the event of a revocation.

PAYMENT TERMS
The customer can only pay by advance bank transfer, payment service provider (PayPal), or credit card. Other payment methods are not offered. The invoice amount is to be transferred in advance to the account specified on the invoice received via email.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The goods will be shipped after confirmed receipt of payment. Shipping usually takes place no later than 7 days, depending on the order situation. In case of a permanent delivery obstacle, the provider has the right to withdraw from the contract and inform the customer.

CONTRACT DESIGN
The customer cannot directly access the stored contract text. Errors in the input during the order process can be corrected by contacting via email or the contact form.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The right of withdrawal in distance selling does not apply to customers who are entrepreneurs. The provider does not grant such a right.

DISCLAIMER
Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless something else arises from the following reasons. This also applies to representatives and vicarious agents of the provider if the customer asserts claims for damages against them. Claims for damages by the customer due to a violation of life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations, which must necessarily be fulfilled to achieve the contract purpose, are exempt. This also does not apply to claims for damages resulting from grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or its legal representative or vicarious agent.

PROHIBITION OF ASSIGNMENT AND PLEDGE
Claims or rights of the customer may not be assigned or pledged without the consent of the provider unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.

LANGUAGE, JURISDICTION, AND APPLICABLE LAW
The contract is drawn up and executed in German. The further execution of the contractual relationship takes place in German. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this only applies insofar as it does not restrict any legal provisions of the state in which the customer has his domicile or habitual residence.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
The ineffectiveness of a provision of these GTC has no effect on the effectiveness of the other provisions.
