After a period of searching for new meanings in my work, the GONG collection opens a new chapter at the intersection of contemporary art and design.
What does this mean?

It involves exploring important questions for me, seeking answers, and subsequently reflecting these contemplations in the created objects. The sound of the gong is an invitation to dive into oneself. The decision of where to direct the focus of our attention is something we can make ourselves, and the gong reminds us of this with its deep and resonant or transparently shimmering sound. It is an experience of concentration, focus, and a small rebirth of attention in the moment.

The GONG collection, specifically the ring, consists of two halves. By playing with these two halves, we recalibrate ourselves again and again.
